Payment and delivery
Which payment methods do you accept?
You can pay by debit/credit card, bank transfer (EFT) and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH, BNB, TRX). Card payments are completed instantly via the panel; for bank transfer and crypto payments, your order is processed within an average of 15 minutes after the receipt is submitted.
When will my license become active?
As soon as the payment is confirmed, your license key and download link are automatically assigned to your panel account. They are also sent to your email address.
What happens when my license expires?
The software stops running. You can purchase a new period from the panel at any time and continue where you left off; your data and settings are preserved.
Do you issue invoices?
Yes. Simply specify your corporate or individual invoice request when placing your order; the invoice will be sent to your email address.
What is your refund policy?
A software license is a digital product; licenses that have been put into use are non-refundable. However, if a technical obstacle arises during installation and you are unable to use the system at all, your payment will be refunded in full.
