This text explains how personal data is processed on the HitBot website operated by Erdem Software. By using the site, you accept this policy.

2. What data do we collect?
2.1. Via the contact form
When you fill out the form, you provide the following information: your full name, email address and, optionally, your phone number, website address and the content of your message. In addition, your IP address, submission time and browser information are recorded for technical purposes.
Why: To respond to your request and to prevent spam submissions.
2.2. Automatically
When you visit the site, standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited and referring address are kept in server logs.
2.3. Data we do not collect
- Your payment card details — payments are received through licensed payment institutions via the panel; card data is not stored on our site.
- Your website's admin panel, FTP or hosting passwords — these are not required for our service, and we do not request them.
- Proxy and cookie files you load into the software — these remain on your server and are not transferred to us.
3. Cookies
Our site does not use cookies for marketing or profiling purposes. The cookies used are limited to the following:
- Session cookie: Technically required for form submission; deleted when you close your browser.
- Google Analytics: Used for visitor statistics. IP anonymization is enabled.
You can block cookies in your browser settings; in that case, the contact form may not work.
4. Who do we share your data with?
We do not sell your personal data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes. Data is processed only by the following service providers, and only to the extent required by the service:
- Our hosting provider — server logs
- Our email provider — delivery of form messages
- Google — Analytics statistics
- Competent public authorities where legally required
5. Retention period
- Form messages: Up to 2 years from the resolution of the request.
- Spam protection records (IP): Automatically deleted after 30 minutes.
- Server logs: Up to 12 months.
- Customer and invoice records: 10 years, as required by tax legislation.
6. Your rights under the KVKK
Pursuant to Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, you have the following rights:
- To learn whether your personal data is being processed
- To request information about it if it has been processed
- To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose
- To know the third parties to whom it is transferred, domestically or abroad
- To request correction if it has been processed incompletely or inaccurately
- To request its deletion or destruction
- To request that correction, deletion and destruction operations be notified to the third parties to whom it was transferred
- To object to an outcome against you resulting from analysis by automated systems
- To claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing
To exercise these rights, you can write to info@hitbot.org. Your request will be resolved within 30 days at the latest.
7. Data security
The site is served entirely over HTTPS. Form data is transmitted over an encrypted connection. Standard security measures against unauthorized access are applied at the server and application level. Nevertheless, no transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
8. Changes
When this policy is changed, the current version will be published on this page and the "last updated" date above will be changed. We will notify our existing customers by email of any significant changes.
