Terms of Use

These terms govern the use of HitBot software licenses sold by Erdem Software. By purchasing the service, you are deemed to have accepted these terms.

1. Scope of the service

The service we provide is a software license granting you the right to run the HitBot application on your own server for the period you have purchased. A proxy pool and warmed-up cookies may also be provided on request; these are priced separately and are not included in the package.

2. License terms

  • The license is personal to you and non-transferable.
  • You may run the software on only one server at a time. An additional license is required for each additional server.
  • You may not copy, distribute, rent, attempt to decompile, or reverse engineer the software.
  • The license is valid for the period specified in the package you purchased (e.g., 30 or 90 days). When the period expires, the software stops working; you can pick up where you left off by purchasing a new period.
  • In the event of a breach of these terms, the license may be cancelled without notice, regardless of the remaining period.

3. Term and delivery

  • The license period begins as soon as payment is confirmed.
  • Sending speed, time range, and distribution are entirely under your control.
  • You can split your license across multiple sites and campaigns.
  • Once payment is confirmed, your license and download link are assigned to your panel account.

4. Prohibited use

Use for the following purposes is strictly prohibited, and if detected, the license will be cancelled without a refund:

  • Sending traffic to competitor websites with the intent to harm them
  • Manipulating the click systems of ad networks (click fraud)
  • Sending traffic to sites hosting illegal content
  • Sending traffic to third-party sites without their consent
  • Reselling the service to third parties under your own name (reselling requires a separate agreement)
  • Using the software to overload target systems

5. Limitation of liability

We recommend that you read this section carefully.

  • No ranking guarantee is given. Search engine rankings depend on domain age, content quality, level of competition, backlink profile, and the search engine's own algorithm changes. Our service strengthens behavioral signals; the outcome is determined by the search engine.
  • Search engine policies may change. We are not responsible for differences in results arising from changes to search engines' rules and algorithms.
  • Results arising from how you use the service are your responsibility. No liability is accepted for negative outcomes resulting from your choices, such as excessively high sending speeds or inappropriate keyword selection.
  • Third-party services. We are not responsible for the quality of proxies or cookies you obtain yourself, or for any problems they may cause.
  • In all cases, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant service.

6. Payment, invoicing, and refunds

  • Payments can be made by debit/credit card, bank transfer (wire/EFT), or cryptocurrency.
  • Individual or corporate invoices are issued upon request.
  • As this is a sale of digital products and licenses, no refunds are given for packages that have been put into use.
  • If you are unable to use the system at all due to a technical obstacle on our side during setup, your payment will be refunded in full.
  • Prices may change without prior notice; changes do not affect licenses already purchased.

7. Support

Support for initial setup and first campaign configuration is included in the package price. Support is provided via WhatsApp, Telegram, and email. Response time is usually 15 minutes during weekday business hours, and no more than 24 hours at other times.

8. Intellectual property

The HitBot software, brand name, logo, and all content on this site belong to Erdem Software. They may not be copied or used without permission.

9. Changes and effective date

Changes to these terms take effect as soon as they are published on this page. Existing customers will be notified by email of significant changes.

10. Dispute resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts and enforcement offices of Diyarbakır have jurisdiction.
